Program Summary:

Busey's Community Promise has a proud and storied tradition dating back to its inception 150 years ago. Among our
core values, Community Promise was designed as a community reinvestment initiative; a way for our company to not
only financially support those organizations making an impact in our community, but as an additional resource for our
associate base to help move the perception of our bank as a trusted financial services institution to that of a good
corporate neighbor. Over the years, our Community Promise has seen several advancements allowing for a greater
level of impact from one year to the next.

Since 2012, Busey has initiated multiple campaigns that have helped make our Community Promise a year-round
and sustainable effort that supports the needs of those communities within our footprint. These include a volunteer
campaign titled Community Promise Week in 2012 (which would later become Community Promise Month in 2014), a
paid volunteerism benefit for all full-time associates in 2015, Giving Back to School and Spreading Holiday Cheer
volunteer campaigns in 2016, and a robust individualized United Way campaign in each of Busey's eight markets.

Focused primarily on efforts supporting low-to-moderate income individuals, Busey's Community Promise involves a
wealth of opportunities and support throughout our entire associate base.
