Program Summary:

Community Bank’s Mortgage Department has recently launched our Community Heroes program. This program is designed to offer our Veterans additional Mortgage services and advantages. At Community Bank, we highly value the service and sacrifice our Veterans and their families. Their service to our country is one of the most noble of life’s pursuits. As a mortgage lender, we want to offer our Community Heroes a little extra when they obtain their VA home financing through Community Bank Mortgage. Our Community Heroes program offers the following to our Veterans:
• Exceptional Interest Rates - We offer very competitive VA fixed rates
• Cash Deposit - We deposit $400 into their existing or new Community Bank savings account for either the Veteran borrower or their children as soon as the mortgage loan closes
• Donation to a non-profit – In honor of closing their VA loan, we will make a $100 donation in honor of our Veteran borrower to Operation Homefront, DAV Charitable Trust or the Veteran borrower’s choice of a non-profit serving the Veteran community
• Moving Day Dinner - On move-in Day Community Bank Mortgage will deliver dinner for the Veteran and family to their new home. This is our way of saying "Thank you" for their service and sacrifice!
