Program Summary:

The Dacotah Bank ‘Give Where We Live’ program is an innovative philanthropic program with a purpose to serve the needs of Dacotah Bank communities through the hands and hearts of Dacotah Bank employees. The program, which was launched in January 2018, was created by our Culture Committee to exemplify and further our mission to ‘Exceed Expectations.’

Dacotah Bank is a regional community bank, with 32 bank locations across 3 states. Since our first charter in 1888, we have proudly served small and medium sized communities throughout North and South Dakota, and more recently Minnesota. Today, Dacotah Bank continues to hold true to that founding principal of serving our communities. We see this as our responsibility – to do what we can to make lives better.

By empowering each of the more than 500 Dacotah Bank employees with company funds, the GWWL program has taken our principal of serving to a higher level. Employees can choose how company charitable dollars are used to support causes, needs and community efforts that are important to them.
