Return on Community (ROC) was a term established by our CEO, Jeff Oody, in 2012. The bank has all the attributes you are looking for in making a community great by using the employees as a catalyst to jump start a small community. The Bank's innovative, with his ideas, were implemented to make this Bank better for the employees, the Communities in which we serve and with ideas to help our customers. The banks savvy financial abilities helping our customers understand how to handle their finances better and making them financially stronger and able to make better financial decisions, while keeping them involved in the community as well. Jeff is dedicated to this Community and continually shows this in his volunteerism and the donations this Bank is able to make because of it's local leadership. Our Bank leads in volunteered hours and fund raised in every event that we have been involved in over the last six years since Jeff became the CEO. With all the Community involvement the bank has promoted within our Community, it has definitely made an impact on the employees who volunteer as well as the communities in which we serve.
