Appraisal Working Group

Bank Members Only

This working group focuses on appraisal issues and standards affecting commercial, residential and agricultural lending including regulatory and legislation reform, state appraiser standards, GSE changes, and industry best practices. In addition, the working group is a forum for peer networking and informs ABA’s advocacy on appraisal standards impacting lending in their marketplace.
