CFPB Consumer Response Working Group

The group provides a forum for members to raise and discuss questions, concerns, and other issues regarding the handling of consumer complaints. In addition, members learn about, and can provide feedback on, proposed and implemented changes to the Company Portal and Consumer Complaint Database administered by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
