Working Group on State Issues

Comprised of ABA members and State Bankers Association staff with an interest in state banking legislation, the Working Group on State Issues (WGSI) serves as a central conduit for information on emerging legislative proposals that could impact the banking industry.

This group monitors and tracks state legislation that impacts the banking industry and serves as a clearinghouse for information related to state banking legislation. The group also monitors the activities of national state policy organizations advocating on uniform state laws and state model policy.
