Dear Ms. Gardineer,

Thank you for the OCC’s continued work to update the agency’s regulations, guidance, and exam procedures pertaining to the Community Reinvestment Act. Bankers on ABA’s CRA Working Group have identified the enclosed list of questions pertaining to the OCC’s new CRA rule. We share this list with you in the spirit of collaboration and with the goal of helping the OCC to identify and address information gaps. We will continue to compile and share additional questions that our members identify in the weeks and months ahead.
