ABA Refund Policy

Except as otherwise specified for ABA Events, Certifications, Facilitated Online trainings, Textbooks & Workbooks and References & Guides, ABA will accept refund requests for purchases up to 180 calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests must be made in writing to support@aba.com citing the reason for the return request. If approved, a refund will be processed in the exact dollar amount of the original transaction including tax, handling charges, etc. or otherwise noted in writing by the customer to the credit card or by ACH (Automated Clearing House); the credit card refund will be received according to the card issuer’s policies. Refunds for credit cards after 120 calendar days will be issued via ACH. Refunds for all check payments will be issued via ACH. To complete an ACH Form, click here.

Textbook and Reference Guides Return Policy

ABA Textbooks, Workbooks, References and Guides may be returned by filling out the form on the accompanying packing slip and returning the item to the address indicated within 30 days. Item must be sealed in original packaging, if applicable, undamaged and otherwise in a condition to be immediately resold prior to execution of the refund, replacement, or billing adjustment.
