Cancellation Policy

Registration will enable access to the exam prep portal and all materials for a full year from the date of registration. Once access expires, you must register again and pay a new registration fee.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to support@aba.com within two business days of registration for a full refund. After two business days and up to five business days, you may cancel your registration for a fee of $100. There are no cancellations after more than five business days from the registration date.

The purchase of ABA certification exam preparation materials is not required to sit for any certification exam and use does not guarantee that you will pass the exam.
