Curriculum | Compliance School - Intermediate

The Intermediate Program provides compliance professionals at all levels of career experience with a practical approach to compliance regulation. The school puts you, your peers, and faculty experts in an interactive, collaborative environment - to maximize "hands-on" learning and move beyond the basics of individual regulations.

You'll apply compliance regulations to the day-to-day needs and demands of your job, focus on the most pressing issues and topics facing compliance professionals today, and be supplied with the tools, skills, and insights you need to make sounds decisions and take action. The curriculum includes practical applications in conducting a risk assessment, fair lending applications, compliance in loan servicing, identifying potential UDAAP exposures and identifying loans, investments and services that qualify for CRA performance consideration.

2024 Schedule

A virtual CRCM Information Session will be offered for anyone interested in learning more about the CRCM Certification ahead of the Compliance Schools on February 29 from 3:00-4:00pm ET. This session is open to both Foundational & Intermediate students. Please email Nyel at nrountree@aba.com for the platform login.

Intermediate School students are strongly encouraged to attend virtual orientation prior to the school on Thursday, March 7th from 3:00 - 4:00pm ET. This will be your formal introduction to the school where you’ll learn about what to expect on site, get your questions answered, and you’ll have a chance to meet with your classmates.
