ABA Frontline Compliance Training: A free online compliance training solution for ABA member banks

How It Works

ABA Frontline Compliance is managed by a bank administrator who is responsible for creating employee user records, assigning courses and running reports. Below are the steps to getting started and what to expect:

Step 1 – Enroll Your Bank

Enrolling your bank in ABA Frontline Compliance is easily completed using our online form. After submitting the form, ABA will verify membership, create your bank-specific training site and establish administrator access. Administrator(s) will receive login credentials within one week.

Step 2 – Administrator Training

Administrator(s) will be enrolled in a training video curriculum and have the option to schedule a one-on-one training session with a member of ABA Member Customer Support. This training will guide administrators through creating employee user records, assigning courses and running reports.

Step 3 – Implementation

Upon completion of Administrator Training, the administrator is ready to begin implementation. The Admin Success Center contains video and printable documentation and other helpful resources including the ability to schedule one-on-one sessions as needed.

Step 4 – Ongoing Support

ABA is committed to helping administrator(s) to ensure successful implementation and continued use of ABA Frontline Compliance. Our dedicated Member Customer Support team is available to assist and answer questions via phone, email, chat and web/phone conferencing.
