The Beeman Hotel is a convenient 13-minute walk from SMU on North Central Expressway between Mockingbird Lane and SMU Boulevard. ABA will provide a shuttle bus from the hotel to school. Beeman Hotel guests have an all-access pass to Dallas’ vibrant culture as well as the most coveted retail, dining, and social hubs.

ABA has arranged for a discounted rate of $179/night at The Beeman Hotel. You may make your reservations online, or call 214-750-6060 to make your hotel reservations directly with the hotel. Please mention you will be attending the ABA Commercial Lending Schools. Reservations must be made by April 5, 2024 to receive the discounted rate. After this date, rooms are subject to availability and prevailing rates will apply. Hotel check-in time is 3 p.m. and checkout time is 11 a.m. Self-parking is free.
